Will My Frenulum Heal?

Yesterday I was having sexual intercourse with my girlfriend. During the sex my penis began to hurt so my natural instincts kicked in & I pulled out. I didn't see anything at first so we stop. I removed to condom and my girlfriend jerked me off (masturbated) and their was an excess of blood coming out. I realized that a small piece of foreskin attached to the meatus (frenulum) has been torn completely. I told my parents which was quite embarrassing. I was supposed to go the the hospital yesterday but never got the chance. My girlfriend told me to use hydrogen peroxide to clean it but I'm skeptical about the stinging. It doesn't hurt at all only when I would peal back the foreskin to wipe away some of the blood & touch the torn piece. I honestly don't think its something that would make me loose my jewel. But I need some advice.
