Can scripture be used to support Hitler's actions, without being taken out of context?

I don't see how. I suppose it depends on which scripture is being referred to. If it's the bible it was written before Hitler so it wouldn't be specific to support Hitlers action w/o being taken out of context. I do suppose it is possible to use the scripture of a new religion to justify the actions of Hitler.
