Are there any pokemon soul silver or pokemon white action replay codes that start you with different starter?

i've always wanted to start a pokemon game right away with a different pokemon than the starters given. i want to start out with an eevee, growlithe, pikachu, or starter from another game in both soul silver and white. can anyone direct me to a site with something similar to what i'm looking for? i'd like the pikachu to be for soul silver so i can kind of recreate the feel of yellow version (best pokemon game). all help is appreciated.
