Skin pealing badly on finger tip?

Really itchy, it cracks and it starts to bleed. It is getting hard to bend my finger and it is spreading to my other two fingers on my other hand... When I put hydrogen peroxide it burns real bad then it starts to itch! I being having this for a few minutes and it just keeps getting worse! What can it be? What can I do? Have you had any personal experience?
