Dry cracked skin near my vaginal area?

the skin between my vaginal opening and my bum is dry and cracked with one or two small cuts and the skin is being to peal in the crack on my backside near my vagina it stings when i wipe after i`ve urinated this all began after i shaved that area a couple of days ago what can i use to get rid of this like asap?? i don't have an std i don't have a urine infection or anything like that i've been with the same partner nearly 2 years and we haven't had sex for nearly 8 weeks as he is at sea
