How to get rid of a large facial scar?

When i was in 1st grade my lips were always dry so i licked them. Later on I started to get darker and crack. I rip and peal the skin because I hate scars. I'm always being made fun about it. Now I'm almost 14 and I have a big black scar around my mouth. It won't get off. Thanks!
