Embarassing but we are all grown up right someone help?

it is very VERY itchy down there, white n yellowish discharge mucus like .. reddish n sumtimes looks like the skin is dry n pealing , i am using vagisil it was working but not lately i keep it very clean down there when i clean it it feels better but after a while it itches again any advice i dont have insurance no doctor so ??
