WHY AM I NO LONGER LABELED A "TOP CONTRIBUTOR"????!!!!!?

I have been a top contributor in Law Enforcement & Police, and Buying and Selling for several months. I no longer have the orange label under my name!! Although my name is still listed in both lists. Why is that?!
