Air Conditioner Technician fell threw the drywall broke Flatscreen TV Then drove off?

My neighbor recommended his son who just started a AC Repair company called SUBZERO Here in atlanta. My air has been blowing hot air, I called him, he told me he would come fix it, and give me a good deal because I'm good friends with his parents... So He comes here today, goes up into the attic , about 10 minutes later my kids and I are watching TV then Boom, He comes flying threw the dry wall on top of the TV Breaking it right down the middle, I don't know how he did not get hurt.... I told him I would call 911, he said he was going to get his insurance card out of the truck... The 911 Operator asked me how old he was, and when I walked outside to ask him, i saw his truck pealing out the drive way, I yelled for him to stop! And he turned and looked at me while he was speeding off. I have been by my neighbors house 3 times tonight, the cars are in the drive way but they won't answer the door! What should I do??
