When can i wash a tattoo with non-scented soap?

You should wash it after you take the bandage off which is about 2-4 hours after being tattooed. From there you should be washing it at least twice a day and yes you can wash it in the shower (even when it's healing) as long as you use white unscented soap. Just don't hold your tattoo under water for long periods of time. You can use unscented white lotion or ointment while it's healing, after it's healed you can use any type of lotion you want on it.
