Help with acne scars!?

I was wondering, if i use a regular bar of soap for my acne scars how long will it take for my old skin to peal so i can have a new layer of skin && if i do let it dry out, with the acne scars go away too? Im just wondering, i need help! i have alot of acne scars that are SELF ESTEEM KILLERS !! :( HELP!
