I'm pretty sure I over moisturized my tattoo ?

I've been paranoid about it healing properly, so I've been applying lotion too it quiet a lot. However, It appears to be pealing now. D: I've stopped the lotion completely now, and I'm just going to leave it alone. Will the peal go back into the skin ? Will I need a touch up? I'm scared :|
