What was the best years cars and trucks were made?

I'd say cars now are junk, they are made of plastic, thin steel, and fiberglass. The best years would be 1950-1985. New cars only can be worked on by the car companies certified mechanics with special tools, and it cost way more than if you did it yourself, but you cant anyway. New cars have ugly Designs and ugly colors, they don't have brights rich colors like older cars do either.Old cars have style, power and they feel so much more fun to drive, they sound awesome, unlike quiet cars today, and the seats are so comfortable. They also smash like a tin can in an accident, and they're totaled.I have also noticed newer cars rust quick, its because steel today is more porous than the metal in old cars, and cars are painted with flat colors and then clear gloss goes on top to make it shine. In a few years the clear gloss peals off and chips. Old cars have coats of primer, then paint with the gloss in it. I only want to by old cars and trucks. I have a 1985 Chevy C-20 and it still runs amazingly. It's all original with 79,650 miles.
