I need help with my tattoo! please help!?

me and my friend got tattoos on our middle fingers. its a small heart. we have it for about a week and half. our tattoos are starting to: fade, peal off, fall off, and there are some parts that the tattoo jus disappeared. i am moisturizing it nivea and my friend is moisturizing it with lubredirm. my tattoo got crusty but i moisturize it all the time. i dont know whats wrong? can anyone help!! should i keep a bandaid on?? change lotion? use something else? do something else?! im going to try to post pictures of the tattoos so you can see what im talking about.
