DO i have to pay for small claims court if..?

The last few days i have been in a dispute with an online company (not e bay) over an item (i wont go into the small details ) however consumer direct and citzens advice have all told me this company HAVE to give me a refund as it is agaisnt the law. I have noticed though alot of people are saying around the net that they have had to take this company to small claims court to get a refund. Will i have to pay the costs of a small claims court if i am legally entitled to the refund/money? I dont need to do anything yet i just want to get my self ready incase i am required to take them to small claims.
