The color in my foot tattoo?

I got a star tattoo on my foot last monday n its still not healed it was healing right i think, but i took a shower tonight n the skin of it pealed right up n theres no color under where it pealed like the black is still some what there but the blue color is not there at all, has this happened to anyone or can anyone tell me why it happened?
