Can u help me from sunburn?!?

ok so i was in the sun for 4-5 hr at the beach and i didnt apply sunscreen! now my shoulders are pealing alot of skin and it is all white ! it looks ugly! how the F*** do i remove the dead skin cause i will have to go to the beach again tommorow and it will look nasty and grose for other pepole to look at! by the way i dont have any lotions for mioster u know ! and i cant get any cause the pharmacy is closed today! PLZ HELP ME!!!
