Can i drink Alcohol thrree days after a nose bleed from picking a pulyp?

I picked a Pulyp in my nose 2 - 3 days ago and had a bad nose blead for about half hour, I controlled it with help from a paramedic. Am i okay to go out and have a drink knowing that drinking won't trigger off another nose bleed? (Just a normal pulyp, the doc said it ain't life threatening) My nose still feels a bit sore and sometimes it feels moist in the side i picked the pulyp/pollop, however it is spelled lol however there is a scab there sealing where i picked it, need to know if the scab will peal off if i drink alcohol or if my nose will start to bleed again.
